Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products being food supplements, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened or delivered.

At this time, products are available for purchase and delivery within the UK only.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong product, contact us at hello@veovi.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Food supplements or consumable products

Opened or used items

Sale items or gift cards

This policy is in line with UK consumer regulations for consumable goods.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to damage or error on our part, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
